Buck Boost Transformers

Hi Voltage, Hi Frequency custom PCB transformer with ferrite U core. The primary and secondary windings wound using Litz magnet wire. The high voltage secondary is wound on a custom designed and tooled multi section PCB bobbin and finished off with a varnish impregnation.

Custom designed single phase autotransformer with 3 seperate 50/60Hz primaries and a secondary rated at 400VA. Autotransformers do not provide isolation but can be designed at a reduced size compared to an isolation transformer which will reduce cost.

Custom 50/60Hz Isolation transformer with dual primaries and 3 secondary windings. Lugs are a 10-32 tapped which allow easy hook-up for ring terminals. The unit is constructed to our class B Insulation system and vacuum impregnated in epoxy.

Custom AC Constant voltage transformer with 480/960V Dual Primary, 120V @ 2KVA secondary. This AC Ferro resonant transformer will hold 120V +/- 3%, less than 3% distortion full load with an input variation of +15% -25%.
